What does a non-profit need to collaborate?

At dobrokruh, we only collaborate with verified non-profit organizations. Every organization presenting its projects on our platform is professional and helps promote positive awareness of volunteering in the Czech Republic. After registration, we verify the non-profit, and if needed, we request additional information. There are certain requirements – every collaborating non-profit must have an official website, valid contact details, a registered business ID, and a verifiable history.

What are volunteer projects?

Non-profit organizations can publish their volunteer projects in the dobrokruh mobile and web application to find new volunteers. These projects can be short-term or long-term and can be filtered by type of help and region. Volunteers can browse and choose projects that suit them best. Posting volunteer projects is free for non-profits, and all projects go through a quick approval process.

How can organizations manage registered volunteers?

We provide non-profit organizations with a free online tool to manage volunteers and volunteer projects. The tool is simple and intuitive to use. If you encounter any issues, our support team is happy to help.

Do you offer corporate and expert volunteering?

Yes. At dobrokruh, we work with many companies and institutions and actively promote volunteering. The projects you submit may also reach corporate volunteers. We frequently organize volunteer days and team-building activities focused on volunteering. If you have a project that could benefit from corporate or expert volunteers, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Do you organize offline events?

We love meeting in person. Every month, we organize breakfast events for non-profits on specific topics. Registration and participation are free for all collaborating non-profits, but reservations are required. Once a year, we also host a nationwide gathering of non-profits, a day full of workshops, inspiring talks, and networking.

How do I start a collaboration?

Just fill out the registration form. Once submitted, we will review the provided information, and if everything is in order, we will send you a welcome email with access credentials to start adding your first volunteer project.
