We offer quick access to professionally-led therapy whenever your colleagues need it. And when we say quick, we mean it—connecting a help-seeker with a professional therapist takes just 60 minutes. We provide therapy for anxiety, concerns, stress, depression, sadness, loneliness, or guidance on tackling addictions. Thanks to the dobrokruh assistance program, your employees will receive mental health support anytime they ask. Therapy can also now be arranged directly through the dobrokruh mobile app.
Financial assistance
At dobrokruh, we place great emphasis on financial literacy and prevention. In fact, our guides module was launched with prevention in mind. How to request help
Your employees can request help through our dobrokruh mobile app. Help requests can also be submitted via email or our 24/7 assistance hotline. Authorization requires entering a team code, which you will receive after signing a cooperation agreement. Once a request is received, one of our staff members will reach out to guide the requester through the entire process and remain available for further support.
