The most widespread assistance program in the Czech Republic
With Dobrokruh, you can be sure that help is always fast and free from unnecessary limits or employee co-payments. Today, we are the most widespread employee assistance program in the Czech Republic and are gradually expanding to Slovakia. Every day, we support more than 200,000 people. Large companies, small businesses, schools, and hospitals rely on us. And because we are a Czech program, we understand local needs, regulations, and customs very well. When needed, we can also provide help in English or Ukrainian.
Volunteering starts with Dobrokruh
For many years, we have been helping to develop and digitalize volunteering in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this, we are now the largest platform offering volunteering projects in the country. More than 150 non-profits manage and recruit their volunteers through Dobrokruh. We now also offer comprehensive support for companies during their volunteering days, enabling teams to easily and meaningfully contribute where help is needed. Upgraded Dobrokruh mobile app
The sixth generation of our mobile app serves as an assistance center for employees of our partner companies and includes a volunteering module where anyone can browse opportunities nearby. Courses, training, and prevention programs
We have successfully guided thousands of employees through courses on financial literacy and cybersecurity. These were usually several-hour sessions. Later, we wanted to offer the possibility to revisit the content at one's own pace. This led to the creation of Dobrokruh microcourses — available in our mobile app. Clients can activate a wide range of courses for their employees from our content partners — such as therapists or financial experts. Employees can take courses at their convenience. Each course is broken into short sections that are easy to return to. Now, our corporate partners can even create and share their own training content with employees.
Will we meet in person?
Our assistance program is fully digital, which is why we value personal meetings even more. Each month, we host a variety of business breakfasts for our partner companies and non-profits. Whether you join us in Prague for an HR breakfast or attend a regional event, you'll always be welcomed with a smile and good coffee. Every breakfast has a specific theme and is often organized in cooperation with an expert partner.

dobrokruh NEXT is our tech division that ensures everything in Dobrokruh runs safely and is in top technical condition. After all, over 200,000 employees rely on us, and that's a big responsibility.
