The Dobrokruh employee assistance program is the most widely used in the Czech Republic. Every day, we serve more than 200,000 employees. We are trusted by multinational corporations, small family businesses, hospitals, and schools. We are a Czech assistance program, providing help in Czech with knowledge of local regulations and customs. Upon request, we also offer assistance in English and Ukrainian.
When it comes to volunteering, it's dobrokruh
We have been committed to supporting and digitizing volunteering in the Czech Republic for the long term. Over time, we have grown into a platform offering the widest range of volunteer projects in the country. Thanks to DobroKruh, more than 150 non-profit organizations are able to recruit and manage their volunteers. We now also offer comprehensive support for companies organizing corporate volunteering days, making it easy and meaningful for teams to help where help is truly needed. Dobrokruh mobile app
The fifth generation of our mobile app serves as an assistance center for employees of our partner companies, and it also includes a volunteer module where anyone can explore volunteer opportunities in their area. We continuously develop our mobile app, regularly introducing new features and improvements. Courses, training, and preventive programs
We have successfully guided thousands of employees through financial literacy and cybersecurity courses. These were always multi-hour courses. Over time, we wanted to offer employees the opportunity to retake courses at their own pace. This led to the creation of Dobrokruh Guides – a part of our mobile app. Our clients can activate various courses from our content partners, such as therapists or financial experts. Employees can go through courses at their own pace – whenever they have time. Individual sections are divided into short segments that can be easily revisited. Our corporate partners can now also create custom training and courses for their employees.
Shall we meet in person?
Our assistance program is fully digitalized. That’s why we focus on meeting in person as well. Every month, we organize a variety of business breakfasts for our partner companies and nonprofit organizations. Whether you come to our Prague HR breakfast or our regional events, we will always welcome you with a smile and good coffee. These breakfasts always focus on a specific topic and are often held in collaboration with an expert partner.
