Courses, training, and prevention programs

After thousands of hours of training sessions, we created dobrokruh micro-courses – modern learning right on your phone or on the web. What makes them unique is their connection to screening tests: based on the results, they instantly recommend a tailored course or connect the user directly with a specific expert.

Content from top psychologists and financial experts is divided into short blocks that employees go through at their own pace. Companies can also create their own internal courses on the platform – keeping support and learning conveniently in one place.

Digitalisation gives us speed; meeting in person gives us depth. That is why we regularly host HR business breakfasts – a space for networking where we discuss current topics with expert partners, from HR trends to mental health.
